Addmaster joins the kitchen conversation

Addmaster (UK) Ltd. is sponsoring a conference for industry professionals to discuss and encourage debate about food hygiene.

The event Kitchen Conversation is hosted by Dr. Lisa Ackerley and Sterling Crew in association with the Royal Society for Public Health. It follows on from the success of the Kitchen Conversation YouTube videos and requests for a live event.

Kitchen Conversation is a key event for anyone interested in food safety, especilly food enforcement officers, trainers, risk managers, food safety managers and those working in the industry. 

Among the topics up for debate are

  • Allergens
  • Campylobacter
  • Listeria
  • Food safety culture
  • Food Hygiene Ratings
  • How do you get food handlers to become more hygienic?


Dr. Ackerley is a regular speaker on TV on food safety issues and is Visiting Professor of Environmental Health, University of Salford and Chair of the RSPH Food special interest group. Lisa is LSO Managing Director of Public Health Company Ltd. and is known as the Hygiene Doctor.

Sterling Crew is Managing Director of SQS Ltd, Chair of The Food Authenticity Network Advisory Board, Strategic Advisor at Shield Safety Group and Dynamic Risk Indicator, Independent Scientific Advisor at Campden BRI and sits on its board.
