Although we might not be able to control our exposure to pathogenic bacteria whilst out and about, good hygiene can start right at home to reduce levels of these harmful, illness causing bacteria under your own roof.

The vast majority of bacteria found in the home are essential for our general health and wellbeing, so practicing targeted cleaning on surfaces and areas where harmful bugs can build up, such as bathroom fittings, kitchen surfaces and remote controls, can help to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
