UVmaster
UVmaster masterbatches are highly active dispersions of the very latest UV technology. By working closely with UV additive producers, Addmaster have created a range of highly effective synergistic UV applications.
Applications
UVmaster can be used for any UV product whether absorption, reflection or stabalistion is required. Products are compatible with all major polymer types & UV testing can be provided if required.
Use
UVmaster products allow standard resin processing temperatures to be used.
The products are suitable for use in a wide range of processes such as blown and cast film extrusion, injection moulding, synthetic fibre production, extruded sheets, tubes and profiles.
Due to the high concentration of active ingredient contained in UVmaster products, recommended addition rates typically only between 1% and 10% depending upon application.
