Processmaster

Processmaster masterbatches are a range of high performance products to aid polymer processing and protect polymers from short and long term degradation.

Applications

Processmaster can be used in any polymer where improved process ability or protection of polymeric characteristics are required. This could be reducing sheer and friction in processing or adding additional stabalisation to reduce heat and process history.

Products are also available to provide post production and polymeric stabalistaion where the end application may incur additional head in use, for example under bonnet applications.

Use

Processmaster products allow standard resin processing temperatures to be used.

The products are suitable for use in a wide range of processes such as blown and cast film extrusion, injection moulding, synthetic fibre production, extruded sheets, tubes and profiles.

Due to the high concentration of active ingredient contained in Processmaster products, recommended addition rates typically only between 1% and 2% depending upon application.
