Benefits of Processmaster Technology

Fluoropolymers

Addmasters fluoropolymer additives coat internal metal surfaces that come into contact with molten polymer during processing. They deliver additional lubrication that increase machine output and minimise other defects associated with unwanted shear, such as die drool, black specks, sharkskin effect and melt fracture.

Antioxidants

Addmasters selective formulations use specially selected blends to increase long term stability and improve process stability. Our range of antioxidants is particularly effective at stabilising polymers for recycling.

Silicone

Our silicone additives improve resin processing and flow. Benefits include better mould filling, mould release and internal lubrication, less extruder torque and faster throughput.

Higher concentrations improve surface properties, creating greater lubricity and slip, lower coefficients of friction and greater resistance to abrasion.
