New ThermaLite 2 Thermometer with Biomaster ® Antimicrobial Technology

2 Feb 2011
ETI ThermaLite with Biomaster ® Antimicrobial Technology The new ThermaLite 2 is a cost effective thermometer that is ideal for routine day-to-day food and catering applications. The thermometer indicates temperature over the range of -39.9 to 149.9 °C with a ±0.5 °C accuracy.

This accuracy is guaranteed for the life of the instrument, due to the advanced electronics. Each ThermaLite thermometer incorporates a CalCheck 0 °C function which is activated by simply pressing the on/off and hold buttons simultaneously at the time of switching on.

This function assures you that the instrument is always giving a correct reading. The auto power off facility turns the instrument off automatically after 10 minutes, maximising battery life.

The instrument weighs just 45 grams and is housed in a high impact ABS case that includes Biomaster ® Antimicrobial Technology which reduces the growth of bacteria. The unit is available in six colours, helping to avoid crosscontamination, and can be part of your HACCP and due diligence procedures.

The ThermaLite 2, manufactured in Britain by ETI, is priced at £25 and includes a free traceable certificate of calibration, all prices exclude VAT and carriage. A protective silicone boot is also available at just £4 which makes the unit waterproof to IP65.
